Lifetime Warranty

The Lifetime Warranty was made so that you can continue to use your Pristine Face Electric Cleanser if something where to happen to it. Once you purchase it please save your email confirmation order to save the Proof of Purchase of the warranty. You will be able to replace your product after paying a $9.99 deductible (or equivalent in your country's currency) 1 time within the span of the lifetime of the product with the shipping costs being covered by us.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers the following:

  • Accidental damage
  • Malfunction after our 30 day Guarentee

Our Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover the following:

  • Purposeful damage to the product under the pretense of getting a new one
  • Lost or Stolen items


1. How many times can I replace my Pristine Face Electric Cleanser under the Lifetime Guarentee? 

You will be able to replace the item once, after wards you will have to purchase the Lifetime Warranty again for the new product. 

2. Can I purchase the Lifetime Warranty after I have received my product? 

The warranty is only available to purchase during check out or during the time it takes for your item to arrive to you. Afterwards we will not be able to provide you a Lifetime Warranty.

3. I purchased this item second hand, can you still honor the Lifetime Warranty?

We will not be able to honor it unless the person you purchased it from contacts us directly and asks us to switch the name under which the Lifetime Warranty is attached to.

4. How can I replace my Pristine Face Electric Cleanser? 

Please contact us at [email protected] and be ready to provide the following:

An order number written in the subject line with "Lifetime Warranty replacement" added on to it (Ex. Order#0000 Lifetime Warranty replacement)
